At Paulina Warszawa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
